Precision inductor manufacturing

We focus on what others overlook.

The details that disappear between design and production. The variations that accumulate across lots. The specifications that drift when attention shifts elsewhere.

Manufacturing with intention

We manufacture inductors and transformers for systems serving vital functions in the real world. Our role begins once a design is electrically sound and ready to be locked for production.

We focus on making that design repeatable and stable over time. This means attending to details that often go unmanaged: wire tension consistency, insulation layer uniformity, core seating, termination stress relief, and the hundred other variables that determine whether a component performs identically on unit 5,000 as it did on unit 50.

Every inductor we release behaves the way we predicted it would. If it doesn't, we find out why before it ships.

Discipline protects schedules

We are selective about what we take on. Not every project fits our process, and we will tell you upfront if yours doesn't. Taking work we cannot execute well helps no one.

When we do commit, we commit fully. Our process controls are designed to produce consistent output across time and volume. We do not rely on heroics to meet deadlines. We rely on systems.

Variation is an expected condition, not a surprise. We build our processes to detect it, quantify it, and keep it within bounds that protect your design intent.

Engineering is not separated from manufacturing

We do not throw drawings over a wall to a production floor. The people who understand your design are the same people who build it. When something needs interpretation or adjustment, it happens with full context.

Founded by educators, our approach is deliberate and exacting. We document our reasoning. We explain our constraints. We treat the work as something that matters, because it does.

Clarity over speed. Discipline over heroics. The result is magnetics that hold system stability.

What we can handle

Production Volumes

10 to 50,000 units per month. No minimum order quantities. We support both recurring production and mixed builds with variable volumes.

Dimensional Envelope

Components up to 300mm x 300mm x 250mm. Custom geometries and non-standard form factors are standard practice for us.

Wire Gauges

AWG 8 through AWG 44. Litz wire, foil conductors, and specialty windings available.

Core Materials

Ferrites, powdered iron, laminated steel, amorphous and nanocrystalline cores. We source to your spec or recommend based on application.

Insulation Systems

Polyurethane, polyester, Nomex, Kapton, and other high-temperature materials. Designed for your operating environment.

Documentation

Individual component inspection and tracking. First article reports, lot traceability, and documentation aligned to your build cycle.
